im 5’10 approaching im 19 in a couple months anything i could do to increse height? i think im within cl range looks wise js feel like i could be taller

Im assuming you hit puberty at a normal time so growth plates are probably already closed so you won’t grow much taller and could probably just fraud 6ft. 5,10 is a decent height in most western countries it’s not great but not manlet level and if you really are in the cl range (which I doubt) you’re completely fine.

Go to the doctors and get ur wrists checked to see if ur growth plates are closed. If they are, fraud by wearing shoe lifts. If there not closed take ai and Hgh at high ius. Mark this as solution
