Okay, I'm going to be honest with you, this is about 2 - 2.5 psl.

What is going to ascend you is anything that will rotate you up, I'm guessing with that midface you have quite a strong downswing.

You aren't devoid of good features, your hairline and hair are good, you have a great philtrum to chin ratio, your mouth is small but the lips are shapely, and your ears harmonise, but your long midface is killing you.

You don't really have any good features in the eye area which is one of the most important as well, but I'm sure this is due to the downswing more than anything, you could do better for colour as well. Your eyebrows are pointing upwards which again could be due to the dystrophy, I expect you would be neutrally tilted if your skull was formed properly. At least you don't have a negative canthal tilt.

With that mandible, you do the right things and you could ascend hard, however.

also u got fucked by cyclops ipd and nose. also overall flatness, especially in areas like the lips, philtrum. shitty eyes too.

do you have a pic of your side profile? your maxilla I can tell is flat but I need to make sure.
