Advices for my fat loss journey

I'm about to start my fat loss journey and I'm looking forward to read some advices that could speed up the progress I'm around 20% bf right now any help on how to speed up the progress and build muscle at the same time? (can't go to the gym bc they only allow 18+ for sum reason I only do home workouts)

Eat less or eat more and workout more, walk helps a los (10 k steps each day) I've heard that Cardio HIT also helps. Just focus on eating more protein, avoid sugar and drink lots of water.

1.To lose weight you need to be in caloric deficit.
2.Try to eat mostly protein and cut the fat and carbs, eat protein.
3.You need to find your calories maintenance (how much calories you need in order to maintain current weight), example you eat 2500 calories per day you dont lose weight you dont gain weight.
4.To build muscle while losing weight is only possible for begginer, I advice for periods of cut and periods of bulk.
5.Buy meat and cook it yourself with no oil if possibile so you eat as few calories as possibile.
6.Dont overdo cardio, if you do alot of cardio you will be tired all the time, it is better just to abstain from food.

do not go into calorie deficit during puberty eat at a maintenance and increase activity steps are best and if you’re game you can add some reta and clen before going out for walks to really burn fat
 
Spam watermelons all day long and nothing else to get there as quick as possible

You got some options, you can lose weight by actually dieting and doing exercise or you hop on some weight lost drug, you just got to have money for it.
