Aegyo Sal is the korean name for the little fatpacks below the eyes, if you look closely most chads have them (especially noticable on young chico)

It's pretty easy to obtain them since you're just training a muscle, I suggest doing this *link* about twice a day.
(Should probably be 10-12% bodyfat for this)
