Aegyo sal muscle or fat

The word "aegyo sal" is suggests its fat under the eyes. However aegyo sal usually only comes out when you squint or smile, so is it a muscle that contracts or just fat?

Theoretically if its muscle then it can be obtained through eye excersises.
If its fat then maybe filler(uncanny) or volufiline?


Btw aegyo sal is the bulge of 'fat' under his eyes.

If it is actually caused by the muscle you have a double benefit of squintmaxxing

imo its pretty good for prettyboy phenos if it has a nice shape.

But im more worried mainly cause mine on the left is smaller than the right so i wanna increase it to make it even.

I have the same problem except my right is smaller. I honestly think it is a lot more genetics(undereye support and fat storage), cuz my right eye has slightly lesser under eye supp. compared to left.
