After a week of essentially starving my face looks malnourished

Gotta say it’s noticeably skinnier like very much so

Hopefully this isn’t water weight or some shit cause it looks very sharp

I notice from my neck my adams apple and colar bone are more visible now but that’s also making my neck skinnier than my jaw

Like ideally both neck sides would reach my jaw now not so much so I have to work neck muscles
