even though eating 1 gram fat per kg can cause some libido loss, is it easy to get it back at maintain calories?

2-4 weeks at maintanance after 12 weeks of aggressive fat loss is the norm. Might take more for your skin to actually catch up. When I first lost weight and twinkmaxxed to 165 pounds when I was 15 I looked better after I started eating at maintanance and getting some water weight in. Aggressive cuts tend to make you look depleted and feeling impotent so be careful.

Forever. Once you hit your goal you dont stop. This is a lifestyle thing
