350 cruise for 12 weeks and i injected 250 today and another 250 on this upcoming friday
What other compounds should I add for pure lean tissue gains?
What should my caloric surplus be? Im thinking about 300 calories surplus with cardio im blasting for around 20 weeks.
I need way more muscle definition and mass im current at 160lbs
I was skinny fat prior to this and struggled getting in calories im looking to put on at least 10 - 15lbs of lean muscle during this bulk
