350 cruise for 12 weeks and i injected 250 today and another 250 on this upcoming friday

What other compounds should I add for pure lean tissue gains?

What should my caloric surplus be? Im thinking about 300 calories surplus with cardio im blasting for around 20 weeks.


I need way more muscle definition and mass im current at 160lbs

I’ve only heard giga gymcels say this literally anyone who looks good and lean says 300 cals max

I mean you can do that but you're just losing out on building a substantial amount of muscle considering the fact you still have noobie gains on your side and you're on your first cycle (which will be the best cycle)
