Spend some time researching in detail get bloodwork before as a baseline.

If you are low T , Try a trt level of testosterone of around 100mg test E (15mg daily).

There will be no need for an AI at this dose and you will feel alot better. I personally feel 100mg a week is a bit much for me and may reduce it.

Your primo and Anavar dosages are good.

Always start low, dont bother with the forums dosages its mostly meat heads trying to one up each other to look better.
