If you take a white out of his police state western country where almost every activity is highly regulated including drinking in public, buying liquor underage, being drunk in public, fighting, etc then he will basically act like a zoo creature out of their cage. That's why in Thailand, Bali, Cambodia, Phil you see whites all over behaving like animals.
In contrast, AZNS thrive even without rules. They don't need to be policed and leashed by rules in order to behave properly. That's why even developing countries in Asia are usually pretty civilized even if they have less material wealth. Most Asian countries don't even have cops with guns but they still have very low crime rates.
