It’s scary but I don’t hunk I’m getting close to the looks level needed to get good responses

I’m probably psl 4.75 6’ white gymmmxxed if I get a good result from my septo rhino (one that closely matches the morph)

I’ve discussed this at depth with over people and surgeons but this isn’t true

If anything it would make the nose even wider , a bulbous tip cannot be fixed with jaw surgery- you need to removed actual soft tissue from the nose itself

Mines already wide need slight thinning + alar base reduction+ defining the tip (the main thing)

Also that’s assuming straight advancement we’ve got CCW and CW rotwtion options too- either way bimax won’t fix my nose in my case , if you e got a droopy nose then CCW and advancement can help but not CW. And never changes a bulbous nose because that’s related to soft tissue in the nose itself

I’m also on the fence about jaw surgery but figured I may as well just get this now and ascend somewhat vs not all

If the nose does need redoing after jaw surgery- it will only be the alar base tha needs narrowing because the tip is te main failo for me

Also my Lefort 1 would involve minimal advancement and a slight CW rotwtion whic I don’t think will change the nose much

If I do have to redo the nose job after bimax then fuck it I’ll do it. But I’d rather do something now than nothing because time is so important and it’s easy to procrastinate for years and never improve (most of this forum ngl)

Those who do try it will give up rapidly when you realise how hard it is.

Rhinoplasty is a terrible procedure for males btw and I know that from experience
