After puberty/Growth Plated Closed

I am 19 at 5'7 i got a scan recently that my growth plates are closed but height is not my priority anymore its my face,

Is there anyway I can grow my bones forward or get more density? I'm on Ghk-cu ipa+cjc no dac and mt2
Is there anything else I can do to maximize the growth i may have left? I heard thyroid maxing is good and taking steroids but honestly not sure just looking for any advice really

Bone remodeling (width and thickness) happens at any age the only thing growth plates do is provide a structure for longitudinal growth
