im just asking about user Signatureharry, who got banned over alleged gayposting, the problem that the post said user was banned because of, did not include anything that could be interpreted as homosexual, the defendant was clearly joking when asking for a cumtribute to his avi, whos clearly a girl, to pin on his profile, and did of course not mean it. the defendant may be gay in real life, and may have posted homosexual things in the past, but i think its unfair that he would be banned over a comment that clearly wasnt gay.
