I'm 13,172cm,24%bf,95kg,been working out for like almost 2 years.im thinking about agressive cutting until I reach 12%bf.I know about how to cut,workout and all that(i have a decent physique under the fat but im mostly cutting to feel better abt myself)i always hear people saying its gonna fuck up my hormones and shi but like if its quick and i immediatly go back to a very light surplus (about 200 cal a day) or js stay in maitenance i could maybe make it work without fucking up my hormones that badly?I really NEED to lose weight so if i cant agressive cut what should i do?

start the cut this second bro it’ll prolly take you over a year maybe 2 to reach 12% bf considering it’s your first time.

cut until you lose that weight get a nice BMI, a couples of months will not fuck you up especially in the long run, atleast not as much as being fat, when you are done with that healthmaxx & sleep well bro

Jeff Nippard is 165cm and weighs 78kgs at the same bodyfat.

no need to lose weight you will grow out just build muscle and maintain calories
