Airways focused doctors

Are these guys legit? Seems very blackpilled and definitely a good new advancement in science for doctors to solely focus on airways. The only thing I worry about is that they worry too much about function over aesthetics. Thoughts?

Doctors as in orthodontists? they're mostly an osteopathy-like scam. Unsupported pseudoscience, strong social media marketing...

i think most are dentists, btw these airway doctors mostly try to push clear aligners and skeletal expanders first
