Alcohol is a looksmin and a healthmin it’s basically poison I refrain consuming.

Pregab is shown to be good for lowering inhib but I’ve heard it’s quite easy to become reliant on and hard to quit. An occasional low dose doesn’t seem to bad compared to consistent alcohol consumption if you are truly a high inhib autist.
