I'm 14 yo and I think that it's honnestly over for me and that I should jump of my window. I only have flaws and 0 positiv thing in my life.
Here's a list of some of my flaws:

-Recessed infras
-No visible zygomatic
-No ramus
-Over bite
-Normal-Narrow palate
-Recessed Maxilla
-Asymmetrical af face
-Pectus excavatum
-Rib flare
-Wide hips
-Hip dips
-Normal-Narrow clavicles
-Bad skin quality
-I have moles
-Skinny and only able to lose weight

There are some more but I think it's enough. Should I kms knowing that I will never have the money to do any surgerie?

dont kys bro, rib flare can be fixed in the gym

also if u work on ur frame in the gym for a long time you sort of fix wide hibs, narrow clavicles and depending on how bad ur Pectus excavatum is - if you build a big enough chest u might be able to hide it.

Also since ur 166 it will be quite hard to get a good frame (v taper)

Since ur skinny just go on a heavy ass bulk and skip all cardio but go to the gym alot.

bad skin quality = stick to a simple skincare routine over time and if u have bad acne go to the doctor and get accutane etc.

also what country are you from bro?

u only fourteen yuo dont need to kys, abt skinny shit u talked if you start eating more calories than usual and track them you will gain weight. and about frame and skin ofc u will get bad skin u in puberty and frame you can still train shoulders, but you dont need be gymcel, normal frame is not bad its not flaw. like i said u only fourteen take your time

unless ur a foid u shouldnt care about hip dips, pectus excavatum, rib flare, and wide hips

Brutal but iirc you're still very young so you'll probably at least grow some before adulthood. My biggest growth spurt was around age 16 and I finished growing a bit before 18

hes probably an ectomorph so he should be a gymcell and focus on shoulders n lats

Brutal. I think I was around 5'6" at that age and hadn't had any growth for like 6 months but then just before turning 16 to around 6 months after I grew around 5 inches. Then I grew one more inch from age 16.5 to age 18 but that was slower. Currently 6'0" and that's what my height will be for life since it's been that since 18. I'd advise you to just try and get as much sleep as you can (I know it's hard with most school schedules sadly), but that will maximize growth. Also eat enough nutrients, especially protein and don't starve yourself. Sleep and diet will maximize what growth your body is capable of

trust me i'm getting more then enough sleep
