All my friend does is talk about his oneitis all day & I think it’s having a negative effect on me

He keeps mentioning her in most conversations to the point it’s getting annoying. I understand he’s hurt by her because she ghosted him but he talks about her every chance he can get even when it has nothing to do with her.

All he does is talk about women and it’s having a clear toll on his mental state, he doesn’t post on youtube as much anymore which sucks to see.
