I clearly got the help I need it, I only wanted to boost my post even further but you clearly cant read. Not every surgery is profitable and not every surgery has the best roi. You cant tell different people to do the same things and expect them to improve. This is just my mentality. Maybe you view it differently. I am not planning to spend more than I need to.

I would say your lmtn you can easily reach hmtn with surgery
 
You can clear your skin but thats pretty much it you can probably fraudmax to mmtn though

U already have good base. If u do all those soft maxes I gurentee you’ll see there is no point in getting any type of surgery’s. I’m in the same boat dude I was mmtn, did all these soft maxes and I wouldn’t even say I’m lhtn yet but when I go to the club Deadass every girl wants my dick. Not even saying that to inflate my ego, I also have a twin so I get lots of attention anyway but yea with those soft maxes ur gonna mog 90 percent of normies anyways

get lean, find some good like face cleanser and moisturizer, maybe exfoliate too, when u go out use lumify redness relief for extra white sclera( mogs every single normie prob the best soft max), other then that just get a good tan and find a good haircut. I can’t stress enough fix your fucking diet, stop eating bullshit processed food and sugary stuff. There’s lots of threads on here about diet it’s not that complicated. Do research on vitamins and create your own stack. I take omega 3s, vitamin d3, ashwaganda, zinc, vitamin c, and magnesium. Change your pillow case every week. That’s pre much everything I do idk what else is good maybe like teeth whitening or something. Don’t fuck around with makeup that’s kinda gay but if u wanna try it go ahead. This is genuine game brotha
