cold showers
stretching (not near cold showers time)
excercise at least 3 times per week (i reccomend full body workout calisthenics)
get 30 minutes of sun everyday or take vitamin d suplemments
improve your sleep get to bed early (no screens hour before bed)
stay happy and calm under no stress
visualize yourself getting taller
eat alot of protein
cardio 3 or more times per week
dont eat before going to bed and after waking up it limit hgh
hang from a bar for as long as you can
jump on the trampoline
remain in good posture it will help you
don't even think about hearing subliminals it will do a lot of unnecessary damage
