I see people on this forum thinking about getting surgery for the dumbest things. Making mouth wider, making their forehead smaller, rhinoplastys.

The most important features on the face are eyes and lower third. Unless you have an extreme niche, all you need is save up for these two things and you’ll ascend.

What a dumb thing to say. People usually get rhino, mouth widening etc to fix their failos which, should be ur first priority if ur gonna get surgeries.
