Why are raw almonds like the seed itself considered bad for test looksmaxing and what ever arguments people make and walnuts ?

The omega-6 to omega-3 ratio is a worry. Too much omega-6 is linked to inflammation, which can hurt skin, testosterone, and overall health.

A handful of good-quality almonds or walnuts, especially if soaked or lightly roasted, won’t ruin your hormones or skin. Just don’t make them your main fat source.
