If you want to lower the gonial angle, you will want a jaw implant.
If you want to increase the chin height, you will need a genioplásty.
If you want both, you will need to undergo both procedures.

Try fixing your bite first, have you got maxillary protrusion? Then fixing it wouldn't be a problem and fix your bite too

Try fixing your bite first, have you got maxillary protrusion? Then fixing it wouldn't be a problem and fix your bite too

No not at all, it was always a ethnic problem. but you sure have deep bite or overbite, you have almost 1:1 chin to philtrum just like me it looks so fucking bad
