i am experimenting with maintaining my ribcage in an expanded form, and i breath thru my diaphragm.

essentially i am maintaining ribcage like the below picture while diaphragm breathing

over time this hypothetically causes the ribs to be expanded, which gives the appearance of a larger frame

unironically, will give striking appearance. might be attractive since large ribcage is an indicator of large lungs and thus higher breathing capacity and thus a better hunter and thus a better mate.

This could work as the ribs are semi flexible however the younger you do this the better. In adults bone remodeling is quite slow

do u have any ideas how to use this concept to increase chest size without looking weird?
 
I have rib flare and I dont see this that as a good thing?

if you put your hands behind your head and adduct and abduct your scapulae while breathing in the long term you increase the volume of the ribcage. my basketball coach made us do it when we were little at practice all the time and now I have a huge rib cage even though I'm not a bidelt mogger

raising the scapulae stretches the ribcage vertically on the lateral sides so maybe this?

how are abs cope,girls are crazy for them
1. u have to be very lean
2. only shows if ur shirtless and flexing. most of the time u will be wearing a shirt, and therefore only size matters (such as big chest)

no it doesnt. i think making ur ass stick out makes ur ribs stick out due to the spinal curve.

all day but probably not while sleeping
No the time period, like for few months? Or until you get the natural habit of maintaining it.
 
no it doesnt. i think making ur ass stick out makes ur ribs stick out due to the spin
do u know how to remove/minimase it?or js a good video that can help

might be better than a tiny chest
looks unaesthetic as fuck. young women don't like giant barrel chested oafs, they like tall lean toned twinks. Just train chest

what can be the problem i dont understand
Search for some patterns, cuz all these things are related like the pelvis on either side could be internally, externally, or inward or downwardly rotated which the body conpensates by rotating the ribs, spine etc, if you don't notice any asymmetries then no need to worry. If you need more info search AIC, BC, TMCC Patterns. Another thing if u have these underlying issues your craniological Aka face also will go through these changes.
