Alternative for Minox?

So, I just wanted to grow my eyebrows and will probably try Minox.
However my collagen is already FUCKED and if it would have a negative effect, I would need an alternative for eyebrow growth.

Castor oil did nothing on my eyebrows
Peppermint also did nothing
I am using Derminator, however no results and it will take long time
GHK-Cu, AHK-Cu, Biotinyl-GHK all are anti DHT and I don't want to suppress it below 25
I once did a Pen on them, minimal results.

What else is there?

I literally read every thread about it, the half claims it does and the oder says it does not. Also anti androgenic is there also maybe.

Just use moisturizer and there shouldn’t be any problems
