Alternative to lefort 2?

As you probaly know, lefort isn’t cosmetically available (according to my research atleast)

What would be alternative?

Ofc lefort 1 but that only moves lower maxilla

Would lefort 1 with infraorbital implants have same visual effect as a lefort 2?
