Skin maxing is legit. I think mk4 is cope but who knows

I use Differin gel, it works really well and I stopped getting acne except for the blackheads on my nose. I am finally getting glowing skin, too, but I think that is from my red light therapy.

Differin is also prescription only in the UK.
Better is subjective. Some people can't use tretinoin in which case less potent retinoids would be a good idea.
You could potentially look into Dermatica to get a tret prescription?
