I drink since im 15 every weekend, its normal here on the swiss countryside. But now i wanted to stop with it bc i think its the reason im short and have low t.
I stopped with nicotine, now comes alcohol and weed.

I tried adderal for alternative

I snorted adderal bc it works for the rizz, since your focused and you dont talk shit like when your on alc.
