Bone loss, or loss of bone density is an innate side effect of estrogen inhibition, if I recall correctly. Other aromatase inhibitors would have the same side-effect. At best, you could counteract it with bone-strengthening supplements, and weightlifting exercises.
It would happen regardless when you're taking it due to the low levels of estrogens (don't forget that loss of bone density =/= loss of bone size, bone size is the crucial thing when it comes to aesthetic and is hard to change, losing your BMD will make them weaker but probably won't change their aesthetic aspect).
