Alternatives to Aromasin

A medicine thaat block only estrogen , most estrogen blockers block more hormones then only estrogen -> side effects

Aromasin does not cause bone loss. Ai including aromasin are associated with an increased risk of osteoporotic fractures and greater loss of bone minerals thats cause ais reduce estrogen levels in the body which (can) lead to accelerated bone loss and an increased risk of osteoporosis

It has an even worse impact on bone mineral density, albeit a reversible one (cf https://www.nature.com/articles/s41416-020-01228-2), whereas exemestane due to its androgenic properties has a lesser impact on BMD.

All three major AIs cause a loss of bone density because estrogen inhibits bone resorption and osteoclast activity, that's typically not a major concern because it's reversible for the most part tbh.

How would you reverse it when you would take aromatisin?

It would happen regardless when you're taking it due to the low levels of estrogens (don't forget that loss of bone density =/= loss of bone size, bone size is the crucial thing when it comes to aesthetic and is hard to change, losing your BMD will make them weaker but probably won't change their aesthetic aspect).
It reverses by itself when you stop taking it and when you are taking it just takes vitamin D3+k2 everyday which should counteract it a bit.

Could you please elab what precautions should be taken to minimize any bone mineral loss?
 
Aromasin is still a safe AI option compared to something like arimidex

No natural ai is strong enought unfortunatly

No, resveratrol isn't potent enough and have a short half-life (a few hours at best).
The HPTA axis is really strong, you cannot beat it that easily tbh.

What exactly seems to be the problem with aromasin? It can increase height during open growth pates - it will kill itself from blood if you stop taking it and estrogen will eventually return back to normal??? Its one of the AI's that has the least side effects.

apigenin is slightly anti estrogenic, i take it and it made my sleep better too
