Also, most people don't need to worry about fixing the eyelids unless you have a rare disease that makes you look weird compared to the average person. Doing plastic surgeries to try to become like a supermodel is just dumb because that will never happen no matter how many plastic surgeries you do, even if you were rich, you couldn't change your face that much but you can still improve in some ways.

The main reason why I claimed that it's not possible to see big changes with plastic surgery is because all the before and after pictures on google images show such small improvements that it seems impossible to really do anything meaningful.

It doesn't look like the same guy at all on the pictures.

How did he make his jaw bigger?
How did he add support to his lower eyelids?
What's the age difference between the first picture and the other ones?
Did he get cheek liposuction done to get hollow cheeks?

Is it possible he just lost a lot of fat?

It's an obvious lie, you can see in the pictures that his mandible bones grew a few inches, nothing can do that except jaw implants.

It is also possible that he just leanmaxxed and got older, he looks 16 in that first picture, a lot can change between 16 and 21, I know because I look far worse at 16 than I do now at 22.
