I have went to rich neighbourhoods 3 times in total with my brother on garbage days and I have gotten

-Xbox 360 (Had RROD but could fix it if i wanted to)
-43 Inch 1080P TV
-Weight set + barbell
-Heavy bag
-a high quality basketball (I stole it from their lawn so might not count)

Rich people throw a lot of good things away and you should go there to scavenge for good shit

also there were chairs, a big aqaurium, good tables, a printer, hockey net, etc but I didnt need it so I didnt take it

next I will dumpster dive at GameStop
