I don’t, I measure while retracting shoulder blade, maybe it’s lens distortion fcking up my width but irl I have wider shoulder than all highschool

With the teeths further back, but be careful about clicks, you don't want to risk any sort of TMJ issues. So don't overdo it( can't be emphasized enough because TMJ problems is dark path). Trt might help with bones in your age, but it will def automatically make your masseters big which will increase bigonion width
