3/4 hides every flaw lol, it accentuates the fact of having a bigger rammus, hides a bulbous nose, hides a bigger gonial angle, hide assymetries, makes neck look thicker, makes jaw more defined, hides a lower ipd. And creates a better 3d hiding any flat maxilla.

Try to mimic it by slightly pinching your nose to the desired width with your fingers and evaluating

tbh not worth it unless u have alot of money to spare. Imo rhino for guys is usually only worth when its a legit failo or ur just rich. Would barely ascend you plus normies probably dont even notice anything wrong.

If u legit wanna do it then try to get a morph and see if it actually boosts your harmony

No clue actually, the alarplasty's ive seen has reduced the width of the nostrils aswell but wouldnt surprise me if there are surgical techniques that doesnt affect the nostrils

Probably want to go to a qualified international surgeon experienced in tip refinement and in fixing bulbous noses than a local surgeon so
8k-10k maybe
