i mostly get texted QUITE A LOT by ~14-17 yo jbs despite my subhuman tier nose especially about my eyes, and then they are all surpised that i am 20yo, saying that they thought i am 17 max
i do realize that my lower third is short plus compact midface = classic sfscel = babyface but thats angle frauded selfie which most of the time should make compact midface not so overt
or is that my retarded haircut and i need to grow out my hair
i dont want my appeal to be for jbs that makes me feel weird

you are, due to your poor bone mass and fat padding. just hope it improves overtime and yes you should absolutely grow out your hair

I am skinny. No visible abs, the tummy more on a flat side, so it's hard to cope about being skinfat and with things getting magically better. 5'10 133 lbs, not sure about body fat tho
not that deep, go gym to combat it
Appreciate it, I've started going for a gym few weeks ago regularly - guess I have no ways other than stably continuing doing that and coping for the better.

just because you don’t have visible abs doesn’t make you ‘skinny fat’, maybe your abs genetics are shit and that’s fine, mine was like that too, i was super skinny all my life, no visible abs, then i hit the gym, became a gymcel for a certain period of my life, built some muscle, then starved myself

right now, im just as skinny as i was from the start, i starved myself to go back to my initial weight (i woke up this morning being 115ib), except this time, having built some muscle, my shoulders are popping out, my ab definition is great (very decently visible abs) and etc.

I am following this routine so far https://www.aworkoutroutine.com/the-beginner-weight-training-workout-routine/ is that decent? He mentions something about high freq/low volume.

Just came back from the gym, and the thing I've finally noticed that all exercises that require proper straight back are really hard for me even when squatting I am aware of how much of exertion it takes for me to prevent back from going into shit, and borderline impossible due to my fucked up posture, and I presume weak as fuck muscles in the back from so much years of sitting on the computer. I've read a lot of posture fixing threads and they seem to be mixed on recommendations on how to fix it, and I am unsure how to incorporate it in my training routine.

Also fuck the advice going with a gym buddy or whatever, I was going with roommate from the dorm, who is younger than me and it was borderline impossible to focus with the guy who just fucks with the weights/equipment for set or two trying all the shit for fun and also chuckling about my shit back right when I stay trying to force it into straight position, borderline felt frustrated and lightly embarassed.

Now my ego makes me suddenly shift my sleep regiment so I could wake up at 3-4 AM and go into near gym right away and focus on my body alone and in peace. The light humiliation kinda got me pumped up to gymmax more jfl

Idk why i write it here, all of my friends/acquaintance are NT and I can't afford to share this kind of shit to them jfl
