lately i've been noticing hairs falling out when i run my hands through my hair, like 2-3 hairs everytime i run my hands through my hair

E: @sergeant blackpill if each hair starts thinning you can feel it, it's like fake or something as opposed to the back ones. Fin's always an option

Hair thickness hasn't changed last 2 years as far as i can tell, but i always had quite fine/thin hair to begin with, still NW1. but i'm nearing 30 and my dad is bald so i constantly feel paranoid that the reaper is hovering above me waiting to strike
