Am i boneless or bloated?

am i boneless or just bloated? im a 17 year old male who is underweight according to bmi. my whole body is skinny (including stomach i have minimally visible abs) but my face looks super big and puffy according to my body. im very confused if it is baby fat or facial bloat. same for my nose. it looks very bulbolous and wide but when i touch it i can feel the bone inside is of good shape. when i inhale my nose or when i suck it in it becomes of perfect shape and when im in my natural position it looks very bulbolous in ratio with my lips.

avarage bonemass you are kinda bloated but bloat is overused, you are bloated if you are really fat in other cases you are just boneless
