Am I canidate for fat grafting + canthoplasty?

My eyes are shit and they ruin my whole face that’s why I’m posting about this.

My Pfl 33mm

Negative ct

I have asymmetrical hooding on my eyes in the picture you can see that my right eye has weirdly negative hooding although my other eye look a bit better with more moderate nuetral hooding it’s still pretty bad I’m not sure how I can fix this maby more of a cantho on one side and less on the other so they look more even

I have lighter blue eyes (I’ve gotten compliments on)

My eyes are kinda deepest






Another thing I’ve been trying to grow my lashes with minoxidil
I’ve been doing this for about 3 weeks

if anyone has gotten these surgery’s please let me know how they went for you or anything I should know, or even if eye shouldn’t consider this at all or if I sound like an idiot
