there is still hope. No one on this platform ever gives serious advice so I'll just do it myself. 210 5'2 you dont look as fat as I thought you would but its pretty much over unless you overhaul your life. Start going to the gym 7x a week. treadmill (2-4 a day hours make sure you are horribly sweating and preferably go to the gym like you live there), strict diet (fast as long as possible than eat steak when you break the fast 1 day fast then next day only one 1lb steak rare), 4L of water per day, 1L of coconut water, 2 showers a day (medium temputure), 0 cheat meals. depending on your age HARDMAX use retatrutide, lemonbottle, limb lengthening surgery, might sound corny but your mentality is clearly weak so watch people like david gnoggins, hamza, rorz, and faceIQ inorder to actually get accurate information and discipline. You need to LOCK IN you grey
