Am i cooked? Underbite

I have a soft underbite, my teeth upper and lower are aligned. I was at the dentist and they told me my bite was stable and strong but if my underbite were to get worse, (which it most likely is) they will just chop my lower jaw and recess it.

I already have a recess’s maxilla and upper jaw/ mid face.

Am i fucked? Should i go somewhere else and get a second opinion? Is there anything i can do at home. I’m in sweden if it matters.

yeah he could prolly fix you with braces I think, also marpe with head gear can help, but its too expensive

My maxilla is so recessed that I can't hold snus patch properly (I have an underbite too)
