Tbh today I ate a lot of goyslop, though I stayed under my maintenance calories

How bad is that? I've never understood a lot the benefits of a good diet when it comes to health. I only focus on calories in/out

You won’t gain weight if your not overeating goyslop but you’ll feel pretty sluggish

so no focus on macros and micros?

your body needs actual nutrients to be healthy not just energy

Obviously not, eat what you want

You don't need a good diet just focus on calories in calories out. Unless you want to obviously build muscle

Retard post, your body will have energy as long as you're eating.

No one is nutrient deficient if they aren't starving or excessively cutting for long durations of time

Because your body holds onto most of the nutrients in your body. Your body also doesn't require much literally every day for them to be used in your body. You can go weeks without sun and still have good vitamin D levels is an example.

If you're eating a diet that has meat in it you'll cover like 90% of the nutrients actually necessary

Just supplement a few like magnesium and vitamin D

I think it’s more than calories in and calories out

Eating real food makes ur body work with you and doesn’t need to worry about any other bullshit chemicals

And plus eating slop will make u look worse regardless
