You have good bone mass but something about your harmony is off. You also need to improve your skin and coloring. I would say mtn rn but you should be able to push into htn range
I agree something with my harmony is off. I believe its in my midface. I think my maxilla is forward grown, but i have very large orbitals - which is exacerbated by a pretty severe recession of the lower rim. The ruined transition from my lower half to upper half is just brutal.

I can see why you think rim implants would bring everything together, it’s just a big operation that can really make people look quite uncanny. Maybe try a conservative option first like filler or fat graft to get an idea.

Midface looks short to me
I would definitely get the implants done by a surgeon who specializes like Pagnoni and get custom implants from face scans. The risk is something I am heavily considering though. I have seen some botched ones and it looks really bad when done wrong, but it seems like that can be mitigated with the saddled custom design and a credible surgeon.
This would be explained by the combination of a very large orbital rim (runs in my family) with the lack of infraorbital rim development correct? The protrusion of the implant should correct the midface as it doesn't seem like a lack of forward growth to me
Yeah I was about to say coloring looks good. Your skin overall looks good in the sense that you don’t have acne/blemishes but increasing your actual collagen and making ur skin smoother would also ascend you a bit. Do you use tretinoin or any retinoid? Thats the last piece of the puzzle for your skin to rid it of any texture/imperfections. Vitamin C would help too, and dermastamping for any residual scarring/blemishes.
im on tret for about 3 months now. only .0025 but imma probably up it to .01 when I run out. I also blast test so i have to use the tret or my skin would probably be cooked
Agreed on the harmony but it’s not too bad. I have the same deal going on as far as high bone mass and uncanny harmony.

Could you elaborate on the bloated look? my understanding was the implant could be very natural looking if its conservative, and correct asymmetry in the midface if custom designed correctly
The issue is that your midface is so compact. I saw a black guy with a bone structure not unlike yours who got implants but looked too bloated so ended up getting a jaw surgery downgraft and then some new implants. Mind you those were implants closer to that first design you posted. Ones like the other two (of the sort Taban does) are just these tiny little wafers that they slide into the infra region; I could see you maybe benefitting from something like that but personally at that point I would just do fat grafts to avoid potential implant complications. If you were to get a big surgery, downgraft would be the place to start.
I just need a few mm - only laterally extended in the inframalar region to fix the vector, nothing aggressive but just to replace what I lack.
