Just to be clear, do you mean like the dorsal hump by nose? What do you mean in saying fix lips. I'm new here

Yea that’s the main issue ur nose is acc pretty good beside that

Ur upper lip is super thin and combined with ur down turned mouth corners and the overall protrusiveness of ur mouth its prolly ur biggest flaw

Something I'm concerned about is that if I add volume to my upper lip, it could shorten my filtrum too much on a front profile. Is the thinness more of a problem with projection or in the front profile?

On another note, would it make sense to do rhino and fat grafting at the same time? What about if I went with orbital implants, does combining with rhino make sense?

it could be fine to do rhino and fat graft together if you go to a rhino specialist that also offers it since fat graft isn't that tedious of a procedure, but it's a little unusual i believe. Orbital Implants are low ROI for you , just get rhino ASAP.
