Yesterday I did them for the first time. I leaned my upper body a little bit forward and then raised the only 6kg dumbells diagonally away from me without surpassing my level of my shoulders a lot.
Today I only feel fatigeness in my upper trap muscle
and no fatigue in my mid delt at all
What am I doing wrong??
