To a degree ig but from the photo it looks like theirs some concavity, ie deficit of soft tissue. IG it could be skull angle/with hard to be 100% sure from photo but people with low body fat, can hollow out that area.

but this is just a really small flaw and i am gonna cover it once my hair is longer so should i even care?
