I have slight acne, but I stopped dairy for a few months and nothing changed, so I just started drinking lots of milk again

If you're drinking the regular milk from the grocery then it is bad. The cows are soy fed so the milk is estrogenic and the pasteurization and homogenization make it hard to digest. If you are still growing it might be worth it just to get the growth hormones. If you are done growing then its better to save up for a non-homogenized grass fed milk.

Goat milk is non-homogenized a so that would be a better option if you can afford it but don't have access to raw cow milk.
