How do I cut without feeling like shit all the time recently I’ve been just eating Whole Foods (beef,eggs,chicken,rice) and I’m feeling better but I also drink a lot to lower my inhibition at party’s and other social event to talk to women without seeming like an actual fucking autist so is there any way I can keep drinking and fit it into my diet? If not is there any other things I could do to lower my inhibition.
