Am I fucked, Infraorbital fat graft

I did Infraorbital fat graft from you know who.

I’m 5 weeks post op and now have a small bump next to my belly button that I don’t know if it’s fat, swelling, or scar tissue.

Am I fucked? What do I do?

They said wearing a compression isn’t needed
Looking back it definitely is!

Do I start losing weight or do I keep vegging out? They told me I can start working out. I’m doing everything I can to make sure the fat survives, gained 30 pounds in 5 weeks

They also said I can go back on Reta but… seeing as they didn’t mention the compression too much, idk if their 100% reliable?

30 lbs in 5 weeks is insane. I had infras, supras and chin done at same place, personally i will start lifting weights 8 weeks post op. I would wait a couple more weeks and then hop on reta and lose the weight, my understanding is that if the fat survived already then its gonna stay there regardless of how quick drop weight.
