my nose is a fuck, super sensitive to sunburn and get inflamed super easy from acne, it hurts rn due to peeling from sunburn. Tried acne cream on it and that just makes it more sensitive

Use a microstomia splint. Your mouth is quite narrow. As for your acne you can use retin A but you seem to have sensitive skin and retin a can cause peeling on sensitive skin. It's best to go to a dermatologist.

Already on top of the acne, and it seems to be working (acne used to be worse). Definitely going to do a follow up with the doctor for more shit to treat it. Also have a weird problem where if I don't shave, my acne gets worse. Didn't know about microstomia splints. Gonna look into that.

Take photo when lying down on your back, this acts as a natural face lift and pulls back the skin on your face. The way you took that photo has an opposite effect, the skin sags and you look older and uglier, you need amazing bones, collagen and skin to look good from that angle.
