yea fix over bite then you can really know if surgery is necessary. height is good so your allready better then most people. something more experimental you could try is PDO threads to fix your IPD and get more positive tilt. Blue eyes are hella good they mog. I would say right now do this. Go to dentist get overbite fixed while your doing that testosteronemaxx (this will be the best LooksMax you’ve ever done trust). For surgery tho you have to be very very highiq to be able to know exactly what surgeries to get so u will need to go to plastic surgeon for that.
